Different Zones, Different Temperatures in Your Home

Servel Gas Fired Air Conditioners put you in control of your indoor environment by giving you zoned comfort areas. It's as simple as adjusting a thermostat. You select the temperatures for the activity in the zone. One temperature in the kitchen another temperature in the bedrooms, even adjust the zones for different times of the day.

Comfort and Flexibility

Daily living activities and outdoor temperatures create different indoor cooling needs. Zoning with a Servel unit not only adds to your comfort level but it also can satisfy the most demanding cooling requirements. Consider the many home styles and features within a home:

  • Modern Architecture
  • Older Classic
  • Sprawling Ranch
  • Multiple Stores
  • Vaulted Ceilings
  • Garden Room
  • Finished Basement
  • In-laws Apartment

Servel Cooling Equipment allows you to zone to fit the various lifestyles under one roof.

Versatile in Size and Economy

Servel's commercial grade cooling units are sized for today's up-scale home owner. Individual Servel models with capacities for 3, 4, and 5 Tons are capable of cooling indoor spaces up to approximately 3,500 square feet. Additional sizes are available from 8 to 25 Tons, consisting of multiple Servel units in 4 and 5 Ton increments. This unique modular system can adapt to your changing air conditioning needs by operating individual 4 or 5 Ton units in the system, based on your indoor cooling requirements. When combined with multiple zones within your home, Servel is a truly versatile and economical system to operate. And by utilizing economical gas as the primary energy source, the high cost of electrical service upgrades associated with compressor-type air conditioning systems is eliminated.
