stone06d.gif (1659 bytes)What does this mean?
The Canadian Standards Association (CSA) has certified the product.
So what I live in Kansas.
Under the CSA symbol you will notice the letters "NRTL/C". This indicate that the product was tested to meet U.S. standards as well as Canadian standards.

On December 24, 1992, CSA's Rexdale (Toronto) facility was officially accredited by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). The CSA's accreditation covers testing and certification to over 360 ANSI/UL Standards for a wide range of electrical, electronic and other products which require testing or certification by a NRTL, in accordance with OSHA regulations.
