On the fresh side, our evaporator coil is set
to maintain higher humidity than that of ordinary refrigerators. Our system circulates the
cool, moist air efficiently to ensure uniform temperature throughout the fresh food
compartment. And an independent control maintains the temperature you set, then confirms
it with a digital readout that's accurate to plus or minus one degree.
The fresh food never has to suffer the insult
of extremely dry freezer air.
On the frozen side, a separate system produces
properly dry air that prevents excessive freeze/defrost cycling, to keep frozen foods good
longer. Another independent control maintains the temperature you set, then confirms it
with a separate digital readout accurate to plus or minus one degree.
