700 SERIES
PLANNING INFORMATION

Overall Size Specifications

In trying to understand the different units available for your use, keep in mind you have two sizeconfigurations:

Tall Unit – 80"h x 27"w x 24"d

Base Unit – 34 1 /2"h x 27"w x 24"d

The height of the tall unit is set at 80-inches. Youcan allow the top of the door panel to exceed this dimension with caution. If you are workingwith 84-inch or even 96-inch neighboring panels, you can order door panels to match thisheight. Refer to the illustrations on the following pages.

Other critical dimensions regarding the doorswing, drawer openings and toe plate are alsonoted in the Overall Dimensions illustrations.

Cabinet Applications

The 700 Series of refrigeration is compatiblewith virtually any style and look of cabinetry. Theunits can be used with framed as well as frame-lesscabinets. Because of the precise applicationand the look you may want to achieve, there areimportant questions you need to answer beforeordering panels for the doors/drawers.

As you look at styles of cabinets keep some important facts in mind:

Weight LimitationsThe door panel cannot exceed 40 pounds and a drawer panel must not exceed 12 pounds.

Panel ThicknessPanels must be a minimum of 5/8-inch thick.

Panel HardwareWe recommend using D-style puIIs and they should be located on the opposite side from the hinge, centered on the cabinet door and the top, center area of the drawer panel.
