TOTO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Not only is TOTO dedicated to bringing you the finest products in the industry, we're also dedicated to providing you with the finest customer service. If we ever fall short of your expectation, please call us at (888) 295-8134 and let us know what we can do to improve service.

Order Processing

Whether you're a new or current customer, the ordering process should be easy to understand.Feel free to call us if you have any questions.

1. Ordering: All orders must be written form so that all details are easily understood. Verbal orders cannot be accepted for processing by any TOTO office. Require details include.

  1. Purchase order number
  2. Order date
  3. Delivery date desired
  4. Company name
  5. Customer billing address
  6. Customer ship to address
  7. Partial shipment acceptable?
  8. Contact name and telephone number
  9. Specified shipping method (non-china orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise indicated)
  10. TOTO product/part number, color,/ finish and description
  11. Quantity of products
  12. Net pricing or multiplier / discount
  13. Sales Representative commission number (if known)

2. Order Procession: We continually strive to provide you fast and accurate order entry and shipment. Please feel free to contact your representative or Customer Service with any questions concerning your orders.

3. Order Submission: All order must be faxed or mailed to your local Manufacturer's Representative Agency for processing. Faxing is easiest and quickest If you need assistance identifying your Representative, please call our customer service office which is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.  - 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, toll free at (888) 295-8134.

4. All order processed by our Representative Agencies, then forwarded to the Corporate Office to be accepted, further processed and schedule for shipment. Other TOTO offices are not authorized to:

  1. Accept or process customer orders.
  2. Schedule shipment for customer orders
  3. Release stock for customer orders
  4. Provide stock information and commitments

5. All order are subject to TOTO's Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified in writing.
