We go to great lengths to make sure all of our products are
reliable, impeccable and easy to install. If you have any questions or problems, our
knowledgeable Technical Support staff would be more than happy to help. For general
questions, troubleshooting or information about parts, warranties, installation, special
orders and repairs, just give our Technical Support staff a call.
1. Product Repairs: The following terms and conditions
apply to product repairs.
- Repair Time: Standard terms and conditions apply to product
repairs.
- Labor fee: $50 /hour standard fee, after warranty period.
- Shipping Policy: All repaired or replaced products will be
shipped using the lowest rate medium of transfer, unless specified otherwise. When
definite shipping instructions are not given, we will use our own discretion as to the
routing of shipment. There will be no freight allowance on express shipments without prior
written approval from TOTO.
- Shipping Fees:
- During warranty period: TOTO will cover inbound and outbound
freight.
- After warranty period: TOTO will cover outbound freight
only.
