UltraMax

UltraMax—new G-MAX technology replaces the power assist requirement.

Years of exhaustive research have led to the development of a high performance alternative to noisy, complex pressure assist toilets. It’s called the UltraMax and it’s a 1.6 Gpf  “power gravity” toilet!

The sleek UltraMax one piece toilet was developed as a commercial grade toilet alternative to noisy, pressure assist systems used in hotel and residential buildings. Many high-use residential facilities require commercial grade flushing toilets, but until now have had little choice but to settle with noisy, pressure assist systems.

The UltraMax power gravity flushing system provides outstanding performance when compared to both pressure assist and older 3.5 Gpf gravity toilets and exhibits none of the drawbacks associated with pressure assist toilets: noisy flushing, complex flush systems, and difficult maintenance. The UltraMax power gravity toilet is a simple, low maintenance design, and a quiet flush every time.

UltraMax represents a landmark in innovative toilet engineering. First, we increased the head pressure and enlarged the flush valve from the 2” industry standard to 3”, more than doubling the size. This produced an extremely quick flush, maximizing water volume flow through the trapway. Then we gave it a huge 2-1/8” glazed trapway and a specially designed siphon jet flushing system. The result is a powerful and quiet flushing machine.

In side by side testing, the UltraMax toilet performed as well as several popular pressure assist toilets. Yet when we tested at low water pressure (20 psi), which is often found in tall buildings and commercial facilities, the UltraMax outperformed these popular pressure assist toilets in several important categories, Why? Because pressure assist toilets rely on the water supply pressure for optimal performance, and when the pressure drops, so does the performance.

Choose UltraMax, the solution to pressure assist toilet problems. The UltraMax power gravity toilet meets UPC, CSA and national, state and municipal codes.

One-piece gravity flush toilets designed for high performance
TOTO also offers a complete line of high performance one piece gravity flush toilets. TOTO has combined a powerful, efficient, yet quiet flush with siphon jet gravity flushing and a large water surface for a high performance flush every time. TOTO’s large 2
1/8” completely glazed trapway facilitates easier waste elimination. The trapway is designed using state-of-the-art flow rate sensors that measure and maximize water flow. Also, evenly spaced rim-hole provide steady water distribution for a complete bowl wash. Our line of 1.6 Gpf one piece toilets meet ANSI/ASME test standards across the board and also meet TOTO’s own stringent test standards. Additionally, they meet UPC, CSA and other code requirements.
