Automatic Flush Valves by TOTO provide “hands-free” plumbing. An infrared beam
detects when a person is using the toilet or urinal and flushes automatically after each
use. This increases sanitation while reducing water usage and vandalism.
Piston Valve Dependability – One moving part, with a long valve
action, positive seal guaranteeing valve closure – even at low water pressure, and No
scheduled maintenance.
Fuzzy Logic/Dual Flush – Smart Flush
Valves are smart enough to regulate water usage, providing the ultimate in water
conservation.
Manual Override – A manual flushing
button is provided for toilet bowl maintenance and is not affected by power shortages.
Diaphragms are Obsolete – Warpage, poor

Battery Power – Four AA batteries will
