This advanced two-stage Horizon™ steam absorption chiller was developed with the assistance of Gas Research Institute. The component and options of Trane absorption units can be identified by referring to the alphanumeric product coding block located on the service nameplate for the unit. The coding block precisely identifies all characteristics of a unit. An example is given at the right.
