Chart P-4 - Model VCEE Outlet - Flanged or Slip and Drive (Unit and Coil)
Notes: 1. The solid portion of each curve terminates at the lowest, minimum cfm setting allowed for safe heater operation. 2. The solid portion of each curve represents the acceptable range for minimum and maximum cfm setting for pressure independent applications. The dotted portion of the curve may be used for pressure dependent applications. 3. Units utilizing VAV UCM control (DDC) may have different pressure independent flow setting guidelines than those represented by the solid portion of the curves. For more information on the cfm setting range guidelines, see the General Data Section of this catalog. 4. The charts above do not include downstream static pressure losses. 5. The solid portion of the performance curve for the size 32 and 42 unit terminates at the lowest cfm appropriate for the size 32 unit and at the highest cfm appropriate for the size 42 unit. 6. When an aspirating thermostat is used, minimum inlet static pressure is 0.5 inches w.g., plus 0.05 inches w.g. per foot of connecting tube. Chart P-5 - Model VDDE Outlet - Flanged or Slip and Drive
Notes: 1. The solid portion of each curve represents the acceptable range for minimum and maximum cfm settings for pressure independent applications for the specific valve size. The dotted portion of the curve may be used for pressure dependent applications. 2. Chart P-4 does not include downstream static losses. For outlet connection codes other than FL or SD, add the static pressure requirement from above to the appropriate value from Table P-5. 3. Since VDDD units have two air valves, each air valve size in the VDDD unit should be selected at its design condition. If the two valves have the same supply fan, the highest of the two pressure requirements must be used. If each valve has its own supply fan, the pressure requirement must be used for the appropriate fan. 4. When an aspirating thermostat is used, minimum inlet static pressure in 0.5 inches w.g., plus 0.05 inches w.g. per foot of connecting tube. |
