LIGHTLINE TRANSFORMERS

There are three options for Lightline transformers.

Electronic: 300 watt transformer (Product Code LVT303 from Lightech Industries) has room for primary and secondary connections. Ideal for the Lightline series. Electronic transformers should be used for runs up to 6'6" (2m) only.

Magnetic: A standard wire wound or toroidal transformer can be used with the Lightline series. The secondary breaker or fuse must be sized according to the load. A connector box must be provided at the power feed point.

Translite s PS2 & PS6 series: Because of the AFD fusing system, with its sophisticated protection, bare connection points are allowed and the transformer may be remoted with Teflon Coated Power Cable (LL-503) run to the track.
