product at the lowest possible price. In order to accomplish this goal we have invested in
automated manufacturing equipment which utilizes Surface Mount Technology.
WHY IS THIS GOOD FOR You?
Automation, as you probably know, can reduce the cost of
manufacturing products and at the same time improve the quality. Computers are programmed
to assemble the printed circuit boards with precision accuracy. These computers can
produce products quicker at lower costs.
Surface Mount Technology provides the capability to produce
smaller products. Smaller products will take up less space in control panels which will
reduce the installed cost of your projects.
Each of the manufacturing processes are automated to assure
consistent product quality and better reliability.
WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS?
First, solder paste must be applied to the circuit board
surface where components will be placed.
Secondly, the components are placed on the board by the
automated component placement computer.
Thirdly, the assembled circuit board is placed in an
automated oven which solders the components to the printed circuit board.
Lastly, each product is tested and calibrated then placed
in inventory.
