RETURNS
All TRIATEK products carry a 1-year warranty against
defects in materials and workmanship. If a product fails to perform properly within 1 year
from the date of purchase, we will replace it or repair it at our option. Of course, this
warranty does not apply to products that have been abused or used outside of the
recommended product specifications. When possible, our preferred option is to replace the
product immediately, even before you have returned the defective product. (Can your
current supplier match that?)
OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
All products returned to TRIATEK must have a Return
Authorization Number. If you need to return any TRIATEK product please follow the steps
below:
1) Call Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization
number.
2) Have the following information ready before calling
TRIATEK for a Return Authorization number: TRIATEK invoice number or your purchase order
number and reason for return.
3) Pack the defective product in a suitable shipping
container to reduce the possibility of further damage. Remember to include the RA form as
your packing slip, and remember to write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box.
REPAIR RETURNS
We are striving to build products that never break.
However, the reality is that we haven't reached that goal, YET! We can repair your out of
warranty product for a nominal charge. The minimum repair charge is $ 75.00 (U.S.). We
can't quote a repair charge without looking at the product to see the extent of repair
required. We can review the damaged product and call you with a firm quotation for repair
after we have received the product. In some instances it may be less expensive to order a
new product rather than repairing the defective unit.
If you need your product repaired fast, we will do
everything in our power to return your repaired product as soon as possible. If you are in
a hurry, let us know. We have had instances where the product was received, repaired and
shipped back to the customer all in the same business day! We may not be able to do this
with every repair but if you let us know we will try to meet your expectations.
If you have an overdue, outstanding balance that is
undisputed, we will require you to pay the outstanding balance before we repair your
product.
RESTOCKING RETURNS
Products returned for restocking are subject to 25%
restocking fee and must be in new condition.
