Bathtub Liner and Wall Surround Systems - Page 1

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Now, there's a watertight PVC Tubliner and Wall Surround System that installs in four hours or less!

Faced with a multiple housing rehabilitation job? Looking for ways to save time and money in the bathrooms? Consider Universal Bath Systems PVC Tubliner and Ceiling High Shower Wall Surround system.

The tubliner fits exactly to the contours of the old tub.

CUSTOM FIT

The Universal Bath System is a customized drop-in place or retro-fit liner that precisely fits most cast iron or steel bathtubs. The bathtub wall surround is a permanent ceiling high unit which can be installed over existing tile thus eliminating costly and messy demolition.

INSTALL IT AND FORGET IT

All Universal Bath System components are made from 100% sanitary grade High Molecular Weight Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) polymer, the same rugged, durable material used for piping, acid tanks and hundreds of heavy-duty industrial applications. PVC is flame retardant and highly resistant to acids and other chemicals.

PERFECT FIT

Our Tub liners are custom molded to fit the exact contours of your bathtub. Adhesives and sealants used are the best on the market, and completely reliable.

PVC TAKES A BEATING

Rigid PVC is tough . . . It won't chip, peel, stain or discolor like some grades of fiberglass and ABS. It won't rust like metal. Absolutely won't mildew. Universal Bath Systems components withstand years of use and abuse.

WATERTIGHT SEAL

Universal's unique installation provides a permanent, watertight seal. The liner is sealed around the edges, as well, as along the entire bottom. This keeps moisture out for a long trouble-free life. All installation materials have been tested over years of installations.

INSTALL IT IN THE MORNING . . . SHOWER THAT NIGHT

The Universal Bath System installs in three to four hours. And since there's only a minimal drying time, it can be used the very same day it's installed. All bath systems are installed exclusively by the Universal Bath Systems division of Universal Plastics Corporation and their network of factory trained dealer/installers.

QUICK INSTALLATION

Universal's factory installers can complete 4-6 bathtub liner installations in a single day or 2-3 units with both wall surrounds and bathtub liners. This results in less inconvenience to your tenants/dormers/residents/guests.

Unlike porcelain, our PVC acts as an insulator keeping hot water hot longer.

WARM FEEL/TOUGH MATERIAL

Unlike porcelain bathtubs, our bathtub liners are warm to the touch, and have a comfortable bottom with a non-skid surface. Hot water stays hot longer, because the PVC is an insulator. Universal's PVC is a super tough thermoplastic developed specifically for bathroom applications. Because it's finish and color are through and through, the appearance is easy to clean and maintain.

HOUSING AUTHORITY
EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Universal Bath Systems offers on-site training and instruction direct to Housing Authorities and their representatives on large volume, direct orders, when the housing authority would like to have its own maintenance people do the installation work.

Universal will also work with local housing authorities to help develop and implement Resident Initiative Programs.
