Commitment to Leadership
In the late 70's, Vanguard recognized the demand for a flexible thermoplastic in the
plumbing industry. Vanguard entered the market manufacturing and marketing
engineered Polymer piping, tubing and fittings for potable water plumbing applications,
and later developed a complete line of products for hydronic radiant floor heating
systems, ground source heat pump, water well, gas and water service applications.
Today, Vanguard manufactures crosslinked polyethylene (PEX) CPVC and polyethylene
piping, tubing and accessories for a variety of applications. Leadership and growth have
meant industry recognition. Vanguard has been recognized three times as one of the 500
fastest growing U.S. companies by "Inc." magazine.
Commitment to Excellence
Vanguard's production staff is responsible for manufacturing Vanguard products including piping, fittings
and tools. Our state-of-the-art equipment has helped establish industry standards for exacting tolerances
in the production of tubing and other products.
To ensure the integrity of all Vanguard products, our Quality Assurance staff works with production to
make sure each plant adheres to rigorous quality standards. Vanguard's laser technology for measuring
CPVC dimensions, for example, is unsurpassed in the industry.
This is one of the major reason that Vanguard's Vanex™, Duratemp™, MANABLOC®, Plumb Plus™,
ProCore and Geo-Products are widely considered to be leading products in their respective
applications.
Commitment to Service
Vanguard maintains manufacturing facilities in McPherson, Kansas, and Beaufort, South Carolina; operates a sales/service
center in Scottsdale, Arizona; and has strategically located distribution centers in seven states. These multiple locations,
together with Vanguard's state-of-the-art computer driven order-handling system, help ensure prompt service and delivery of the
materials you order.

existing products, develops new products and accessory items to meet new needs, evaluates materials, develops exacting
product specifications and helps to select compatible vendors.
