Uniform Pulse Start System

The Venture®  "One Call" Warranty

 

Venture Lighting® has a new One Call Warranty program that is first in the industry in its comprehensive system coverage. Venture's® unique One Call warranty extends the coverage period on lamps, ballasts and controls purchased and installed as part of the Uni-Form® pulse start systems. With a complete system purchase, one call is all it takes to receive full service on any   component from Venture's® team of technical experts.

WARRANTY ACTIVATION / SERVICE CLAIMS To immediately activate the One Call warranty, Venture® must receive a completed registration form within 30 days after installation of the Uni-Form® pulse start system. Venture® will send an acknowledgment for each registration received. For information, service, technical assistance or replacement claims, call the One Call toll-free number. If a lamp, ballast or control in the Uni-Form® pulse start system fails to operate within the warranty period, Venture® will provide a free replacement. No reimbursement for labor is made for lamp, ballast or control replacement.

WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS Venture's® One Call warranty covers lamps, controls and ballasts purchased and installed together as a Uni-Form® pulse start system. The systems must be installed and operated under proper environmental conditions and in accordance with current National Electrical Code, Underwriters Laboratory and ANSI Specifications. This warranty will be void if conditions demonstrate abnormal use or stress, such as operating temperatures in excess of maximum rated temperatures, under/over voltage conditions, excessive switching cycles or operating hours, or improper lamp, ballast or controls installation. The lamp warranty will be void if Venture® lamps are replaced with any other manufacturer's lamps. The entire warranty will be void, if Venture® ballasts or controls are replaced with any other manufacturer's ballasts or controls.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT / LIABILITY LIMITS The foregoing warranty shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the purchaser and Venture's® sole and exclusive remedy to the purchaser. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC OR PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS MADE OR IS TO BE IMPLIED. Venture® will not, under any circumstance, whether as a result of breach of contract, warranty tort, injuries  or damage to third parties, or otherwise, be liable for any costs or damages, which include but are not limited to lost profits or revenues, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Venture® reserves the right to examine all failed lamps, ballasts and controls purchased as part of a Uni-Form® pulse start systems.
