The pulse start metal halide lamp(s) shall be Venture^®, Uni-Form^® pulse start product # ------------and meet ANSI type M- - - - requirements. If used in an open luminaire, the lamp must be rated (0) for use in an Open Fixture and incorporate a portective arc tube shroud design. Performance shall be ----------- initial lumens with a ---------- % maintenance factor. When operated in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, the lamp carries a one year replacement warranty. When operated with a Venture^® ballast, the limited warranty period is two years, except for 50, 70 or 100 watts which is one year, (assuming 5000 avg. burn hours/year), when supplied as part of a registered systme project.

Uni-Form^® Pulse Start Ballast Specification Statement

The pulse start metal halide ballast shall be Venture^® product # -----------, ANSI type M- - - - . Circuit type shall be (Ignitor CWA; 277V Controlled Current Reactor; HX) with a maximum system input wattage of ---------- and a current crest factor not to exceed (1.6 for Ignitor CWA; 1.5 for Controlled Current Reactor; 1.7 for HX). All system components will be warranted for a period of two years from date of installation or four years hwen supplied as part of a registered system project.

Uni-Form^® Pulse Start Control Specification Statement

The quartz restrike control shall be Venture^® product # ----------- as manufactured by Current Industries. The device will be suitable for use with pulse start metal halide and shall have (hot start; hot & cold start) capability (with time delay and quartz soft start circuit). All systme components will be warranted for a period of two years from date of installation or four years when supplied as part of a registered system project.
