Seven Stages
Seven evenly spaced output stages are obtained with different combinations of three positive displacement blowers. Each blower is preset for the exact amount of air, fuel and water. Pressure sensing switches control the output stage through a programmable controller.

Burning Efficiency
The output of positive displacement blowers are mixed with output of pressure compensated fuel flow control valves to produce accurate fuel to air ratios. This premixed fuel and air is then burned in the burner. The resulting combustion is very complete.

Reliable Off The Shelf Parts
Positive displacement blowers made by the Fuller Co. (long known for their reliability and long life) are driven by three phase motors. Honeywell UV flame controls and pressure switches are used throughout. The solid state Modicon Micro 84 Programmable Controller is the standard of the industry. Specifically designed parts such as the water cooled burner and burning chamber have a 5 year warranty.

Efficiency
The net thermal efficiency for the Welden Steam Generator exceeds 97% with added electrical and fuel saving as a result of operating at the right output to do the curing job - no dumping or throttling excess air.
