When placing a telephone order, our sales representative will ask you for the following information;

1. Name and company name.
2. Address, shipping and/or billing address.
3. Order number for each tool and the quantity you need.
4. Credit card. name. account number and expiration date of your card.
5. Telephone number with area code and extension number.

ORDERING BY MAIL

When placing your order by mail, please include the following information on the order blanks in the back of this catalog.

1. Name, company name and address
2. Address, shipping and/or billing address
3. Order number for each tool and the quantity you need .
4. Credit card information and/or chock as indicated above.

SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped by standard United Parcel Service. There are never any hidden charges. However, optional shipping services such as UPS Air. Overnight and other shipping methods are available on request. If you request any of these other services, they will be charged to your account. Any optional shipping charge is not refundable nor is it deductible from your account.

All orders are shipped U.P.S. ground and will be charged at the following rate:
