When requesting quotations for booths please provide the
following information;
A. Series number and name.
B. Inside back style (i.e. plain, vertical channel, etc.).
C. Upholstery material specification (i.e. all vinyl, COM fabric supplied by others,
etc.).
D. Kickbase type and finish material specification (i.e. enclosed wood in linoleum
or plastic laminate, raw for carpet by others, metal legs, etc.).
E. Quantity and booth dimensions or floor plan drawing of seating layout.
F. Cross section and elevation of booth.
G. Jobsite location (for freight estimate).
H. Bid due date and approximate delivery date.
I. Specify jobsite access for installation estimate, if required.
