[13] Tile Cap
Preferred method where sink or lavatory is to be recessed. A punched metal strip attached to the front edge of the cabinet is used in some geographical areas as a screed and support for the countertop trim. It is filled with wall mortar. Used in conjunction with Diamond Mesh found on Page 1 Item A.
1000 Pieces Per Pallet [14] Electrical Grommet
Grommet insert into punch out in the studs to isolate electrical wiring and plumbing pipe from the stud.
400 Pieces Per Carton [15] Vertical Movement Clip
Used to attach exterior studs to building support angles.
[16] Super Stud Deflection Clip
The Super Stud clip provides lateral support for the framing member while it allows for vertical deflection of the primary frame. The difference lies in its ability to accommodate horizontal displacements between the face of support angles and an aligned stud wall.
[17] Super Stud Deflection Strut
Manufactured employing the same techniques as the Deflection Clip, the Deflection Strut is used to make the transition of a curtain wall stud to a braced component of the primary frame. The tail end laps and connects to the structural component while the front end is screw attached to the stud.
[18] hat Channel
Used as a cross-furring member. Also used as cross framing over roof trusses or rafters for metal roofing.
