Western Metal

PRE-ENGINEERED GARAGE PACKAGES

Western Metal Lath garage packages are marketed throughout the Western States. A standard for all three packages: one car, two car, and three car garage, has been developed by Zylstra & Associates Engineering.

These packages were designed with the following design basis:

Seismic analysis (UBC Zone IV)

Wind analysis (UBC Exposure C, 80 MPH)

Foundation design 100 psf (no local frost requirements)

Snow 50 psf (Ground) special manufactured pkg. req.

Truss: Gus Truss roofing system manufactured by Western Metal Lath.

Framing System will be Western Metal Lath galvanized steel framing materials.

No site visits or special inspection are anticipated, or are the responsibility of the Engineer of Record.

Western Metal Lath is only packaging the light gauge steel framing products they product. Only the shown dimension are available in a package form. If any modification to the framing plan is necessary, the Engineer of Record should be contacted by the customer.

ONLY FRAMING MEMBERS MANUFACTURED BY WESTERN METAL LATH ARE PART OF THIS PACKAGE.

ALL ADDITIONAL MATERIALS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
