On-Site Training
Experienced Western Forms Technicians travel worldwide. Every system delivered to a new owner includes a package of on-site services. Once on site, technicians inspect the Western Forms System and begin instructing supervisors, foremen and work crews on proper formwork procedures. They remain at the job site until they are confident the work crews can maintain the expected daily production schedules. The comprehensive training program includes: 1) organization of formwork rotations for efficient daily reuse; 2) evaluations of work crew capacities and productive job assignments; 3) operational efficiency and safety programs; 4) use and maintenance procedures to keep forms in good working condition.
