ContemporaryCustomTraditionalGlassPlastic Panels

L-ShapeL-SHAPE - The Winandy SUN-MATE® greenhouse system is easily customized to meet diverse architectural needs. This specialized "L-shaped" lean-to adds a greenhouse to the high school while at the same time enclosing an exterior stairwell. An interior partition keeps hot, moist air from the greenhouse out of the rest of the school.

OffSet Design/Plastic

OFFSET DESIGN/PLASTIC - The offset design, mill finish aluminum and 8mm twin wall polycarbonate plastic glazing panels successfully meet the client's need for a damage-resistant institutional garden center.

Uneven Span

UNEVEN SPAN
Further customization is evident in this rigid frame greenhouse which requires an uneven span to connect it to the second floor parapet wall of an adjacent structure.

Barrel Vault

BARREL VAULT - Curved metal and curved panels of either plastic or glass are used to reskin barrel vault structures. Winandy has also created a DOUBLE BARREL VAULT roof and wall skin on the tenth floor of a major university in the Southwest. That structure incorporates panels which allow the amount of sunlight to vary, by design from 40% to 90% as requested by the client.
