Winter Panel Corp.  Insulated Foam-Core Wall and Roof Panel Systems

Insulated Foam-Core Wall & Roof Panel Systems Page - 6

Ease of Finishing

Typical Construction Details

Dimensioned lumber is let into the edges of door and window openings for added strength and as nailers, and across the tops and bottoms of walls as sills and plates.

One of many possible overhang details with panels over a timber frame structure.

Winter Panel provides optional horizontal wire chases to make wiring a snap. There are also a number of simple techniques for getting up to switches and wall-mounted fixtures.

One alternative to in-wall wiring is the baseboard wiring chase. Several systems are available commercially, allowing for easy maintenance and upgrade of data, phone, tv and stereo wiring.

Allowable Transverse Loading - Curtainwall Panel
