Architectural Specifications:
Woodfold doors shall be accordion-type, factory finished, with panels connected continuously along the top and bottom by a steel hardware hinge system. Individual hinges are riveted to those adjoining, and contain stops to maintain a uniform extended position. Extruded vinyl seals securely connect all adjoining panels top to bottom (excluding 540 Series). Doors shall be suspended by nylon wheels from aluminum overhead track. All necessary hardware and moldings shall be included for normal installation.

HOW TO ORDER
List finished opening sizes:
(A)Width: Finished wall to finished wall (or jamb).
(B) Height: Finished ceiling header (track mounting surface) to finished floor or carpet.

List door series: 140 for closet/utility enclosure, 220 for residential door/room dividers, 240 for commercial/residential room divider, 440/540 for Visifold, 2100 for acoustical rated door, or 3300 for acoustical rated door.

List type of finish: Oak Vinyl-lam, Mahogany Hardwood, Bronze Transparent, etc.

List single or pair of doors: Only 240, 440, 540, 2100 and 3300 Series may be paired. Series 140 and 220 designed as single door units. List left or right hand for Series 140 single end closet doors or 240 closet grade single end doors. (Left hand doors stack to the left.)

Special finish: Please write for specification and order procedure.

ADA C0MPATIBLE

The Series 140, 220, 240, 440, and 540 were tested for ADA compliance for opening load force per ADA/ BOMA SEC 4.1311. Tests conducted by MEI Chariton, Inc., Portland, OR. Certain ADA applications may call for specific handle location placement. Please specify with order.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Schedule: All Series with factory standard finishes, 2 weeks (up to 250 lineal feet). All doors with special finish (after signed approved acknowledgment received) 3 weeks.

Method of Shipment: All Series (excluding 3300) up to 6' 0" x 6' 8" shipped via UPS where available. All others shipped via LTL freight.

Door Hanging Weight Average: Series 140, 220, 240, 440, 540 and 2100: 6'8" height, 10 Ibs. per lineal foot 8' 1" height, 12 Ibs. per lineal foot 10' 1" height, 15 Ibs. per lineal foot 12' 1" height, 18 Ibs. per lineal foot Series 3300: 8' 1" height, 26 Ibs. per lineal foot 10' 1" height, 32 Ibs. per lineal foot

Door Packaging: Single doors up to 15' wide, individually cartoned. Single doors over 15' wide, wood crated. All 3300 Series doors, wood crated. Track packaged separately in shipping tube, if not included in package with door.
