The Yale 5400LN Heavy Duty Cylindrical Key-in-Lever
lockset is the product of choice among engineers, architects and building owners who
demand the highest standard of product quality and performance.
Designed for industrial, commercial, and institutional use,
the 5400 LN Series features rugged construction and our patented free-wheeling design
which helps protect against vandalism. The 5400LN is available in a wide variety of lever
designs, finishes and functions to satisfy virtually any cylindrical lockset application
requirement.
The 5400LN Key-in-Lever Cylindrical lock carries a 5
Year Warranty.
All 5400LN locking functions feature the patented (Patent
No. 4920773) Free-Wheeling Lever mechanism. When the outside lever is locked, it will
rotate freely up and down while remaining securely locked.

The 5400LN meets accessibility guidelines of the
Americans with Disabilities Act and the requirements of the Uniform Federal Accessibility
Standards and ANSI 117.1, all requiring ease of accessibility for the handicapped.
Fits ANSI Spec. 115.2 which covers Hollow Metal Doors
and Frame Preparation for Cylindrical Locksets, and doors with ANSI Spec A115.18
"Spider Cut Out."
The 5400LN fits doors from 1-3/4'' to 2-1/4'' thick.
They can be used on 1-3/8'' thick doors by adding 2 spacer plates P/N 14-5401-6644.
