Yale 5400/5500 Series Locksets
are completely assembled at the factory. Each box has strike, paper template, combination
wood and machine screws and easy-to-follow instructions. Cylinder functions supplied with
two keys and furnished right hand unless otherwise specified. Each case contains spanner
wrenches for use in installing locksets. There are ten unit cartons to a master carton or
case.

Yale 5400/5500 Series locksets are
designed to satisfy a variety of applications. These include door openings in office
buildings, schools and are also used quite frequently in hospitals. The 5500 is specialty
product constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel throughout. Yale's 5500 series is
recommended for installations subject to highly corrosive environments or facilities
requiring non-magnetic qualities.
In addition to the 5400/5500 Series knobsets, Yale offers
the same lock in a lever version, the 5400LN. Other commercial hardware products available
from Yale include mortise locks, deadbolts, exit devices, door closers and electrified
applications of virtually all of our products. These are available thru Yale's extensive
warehouse inventory as well as factory orders. Contact your Yale distributor for more
