M100(F) are tubular steel 1-1/2" x 3" (38mm x 76mm) for any rim device. M300 are extruded aluminum 1-1/4"  x 3-1/2" (32mm x 89mm) with built in strike for 7200Series devices. M102S Stabilizer kits are included with M100 and M300 mullions.
