IEC Quality Air System (QAS)

IEC introduces the QAS Series, an innovative solution for safer indoor air quality and improved quality of life. Unlike other air purification systems on the market today, IEC's QAS Series not only filters contaminants and odors out of the airstream, but the UVC lamp damages or destroys a variety of harmful microorganisms - including tuberculosis, legionella and other bacteria and viruses - through the use of germicidal light technology.

Once the air passes through a series of three filters and the QAS Series ultra-high output germicidal UVC lamp, clean air is recirculated to conserve energy and provide a cleaner and safer environment. As opposed to most appliance-type or fixed air distribution units with limited air circulation capabilities, the QAS Series system can be strategically ducted for greater, more effective air retrieval, purification and distribution. The QAS Series was designed specifically for application in public areas where the transmission of disease and air pollution is most common, such as medical, dental and veterinary clinics, business offices, casinos, hotels, nursing homes, cafeterias, schoolrooms - the possibilities are endless.
