EC Modular Hi-Rise Fan Coil Units

As innovators of the Modular High-Rise fan coil, IEC is known worldwide. All models feature removable return-air panels for easy access to the coil, fan, electric heating and valve section, as well as for filter changes and routine cleaning and maintenance. Standard and high-performance coils are available. Integral risers make the units easy to install, saving many hours of labor at the job-site. Units arrive at the job-site clearly tagged for delivery to specific zones in the building, eliminating guesswork and delays.

MPY - Concealed Modular Unit

  • 300 to 1200 CFM
  • Single modular unit for concealed applications in corners or along room walls
  • Fabricated of heavy gauge galvanized steel
  • After completion of the finished room walls, only the supply-air grille, room thermostat and decorative return-air grille access panel are visible to the room occupants
  • Return air panel is powder painted for durability
  • Choices of thermostats and speed switches iec05a.jpg (18220 bytes)

MXY - Exposed Modular Unit

  • 300 to 1200 CFM
  • For applications where concealed installation is not possible or practical
  • Fabricated of heavy gauge steel with no exposed fasteners
  • Standard unit has an attractive and durable powder-paint finish
  • Features a double-deflection supply-air grille and an integral return-air panel
  • Controls are normally unit mounted but may be wall mounted remotely

MAY / MBY - "DITTO" Concealed Modular Unit

  • 300 to 1200 CFM
  • For installation in the separation between two different rooms
  • Features two separate units piped to a set of common risers, each with individual valves and controls
  • Unit is shipped completely assembled direct from the factory for additional installed cost savings

MMY / MSY - Master-Slave Concealed Modular Unit

  • 300 to 1200 CFM
  • Master - Slave concealed units are for applications where building design limits the application of the "DITTO"™ modular unit
  • The Master (MMY) unit is shipped disconnected from the Slave (MSY) unit for separate installation
  • When risers are provided, they are attached to the Master (MMY) unit, with stub-outs provided for easy field piping to the Slave (MSY) unit
