Int¿l Environmental Corp. - High Rise Fans

When faced with the requirement to provide outside air to air conditioned buildings, designers often find themselves having to choose among expensive and/or ineffective systems. Many traditional solutions, like make-up air systems, can fail to adequately condition and pressurize individual zones. To help achieve the desired results, IEC has created the unique Conditioned Air fan coil unit. By using a face-split coil and segregating the incoming outdoor air from the room return air, IEC’s patent-pending Conditioned Air units are able to condition both air streams more effectively and maintain lower relative humidity in the room space. The split coil is circuited so that cold water continuously circulates through the outside-air portion of the coil. The return-air portion of the coil is controlled separately for precise room temperature control. All the while, the fan operates continuously to provide proper air movement in the room.

Units can be ordered with electric heat.
