General

The SC813A, B, and 14507326 Visual Alarm Signals operate on 24 Vdc supervised fire alarm indicating circuits. They offer high-intensity ADA xenon strobe flashing with low power consumption. These strobes are available in 15, 75, and 110 candela (cd) UL 1971 Listed versions. A 15/75 cd strobe is also available which is UL 1971 Listed at 15 cd, but exceeds a near-axis 75 cd intensity for ADA guidelines with low current draw. The 14507326 adapter plates allow the addition of ADA strobes to existing audible appliances.

Mounting:
15/75 cd Strobes are UL Listed for wall mount only.
15 cd and 75 cd Strobes are UL Listed for wall or ceiling
   mount. However, present ADA guidelines do not allow
   ceiling mount. (The orientation of the lettering in the word
   "FIRE" is for wall mounting.)

Wiring:
SC813A and B:
   Screw terminals with rising plates accommodate 12 to 18
      AWG (3.301 to 0.8012 sq. mm) wire (break in/out wire
      run to provide supervision)
14507326 Adapter Plates have in/out 6-in. (152 mm)
wire leads

Finish:
Mounting plates are baked, corrosion-resistant, enamel.
Strobe bodies are white plastic with red lettering with a clear lexan lens.

All models: UL Listed. Complies with UL 1971.
