Kelly-Moore Paints Kel-Bond Ultra is an interior/exterior waterborne primer/sealer. This low-VOC and low-odor primer is formulated to be applied with a high-build and has exceptional bonding properties to a wide variety of surfaces.

Kel-Bond Ultra is formulated to correct and smooth most rough and cracked conditions existing on previously painted surfaces and new construction. After using this primer, even over badly deteriorated surfaces, you are ready for the finish coats to complete the painting project. Kel-Bond Ultra dries fast to a hazy clear-blue and can be applied to a high-build of 30 wet mils per coat. Ideal for smoothing wood trim, wood siding, hardboard, stucco & brick, fiberglass, even aluminium ang galvanized metal. Cleans up with water.
