El Rey FastWall ® is a high quality, factory formulated, fiber reinforced, one coat portland cement product. FastWall is available as a concentrate or as a pre-sanded product.

• Fiber reinforcement provides improved crack resistance
• Impact resistant
• Easily trowelled or pumped, resulting in faster application time and workability, thus reducing scaffolding time and costs
• Impervious to termites, rot, and fungus
• One-hour fire resistive assemblies available
• FastWall provides lower material and labor costs than conventional three coat stucco
• Lighter in weight than conventional three coat stucco
• Single basecoat reduces installation, labor and material costs

Can be applied over:

• Lathing with water resistive barrier
• Code-conforming exterior sheathing
• Open framing
• EPS and XPS up to 1-1/2 inches (38.1mm) thick may be incorporated between the lath. and water resistive barrier
• Sound masonry or concrete
