Parex USA, Inc. the parent company of leading building material brands; Parex, Teifs, LaHabra, El Rey, and Merkrete today announced the launch of Merkrete ProGrout, professional grade and premium performance grout.
ProGrout is a fast setting, polymer modified, color consistent and efflorescence free grout. It has been specifically formulated for grouting all types of ceramic and stone tiles on walls and floors with grout joint widths are 1/16" and up to 1/2" wide. ProGrout eliminates the need for sanded/non-sanded grouts and is packaged in a new, convenient plastic bag.
This product is suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces on residential and commercial projects and only requires the addition of water. ProGrout exceeds ANSI A-118.6 for latex modified portland cement grout.
"ProGrout is our high end solution for all types of grouting projects," said Luciano Tavares, Brand Manager. "The color consistency all the way through the joints has been a concern for our end users. We designed ProGrout with this in mind. The color consistency is based on low alkalinity cement which brings a non-efflorescence property and improved color durability."
Now, with the addition of ProGrout, Merkrete Grouts family brings to the market a full range of solutions as such as Versatile, Epoxies and Caulking.
