Plain concrete is obviously on it's way out. The property managers for this high rise condo wanted a classy polymer modified cementitious finish to improve the looks and provide a long term finish for the residents. Installed was custom 1/4" thin stamped overlay using THIN-FINISH™ and TEXTURE-PAVE™ to create a custom textured tile pattern.
