We are pleased to announce that Wausau Tile, Inc., Rothschild, Wisconsin has earned Certification in the PCI Plant Certification Program. Our plant equipment, operations, personnel, and procedures have passed rigid inspection by an independent consulting engineering firm retained by the Precast Concrete Institute. Thus, we have been awarded the distinction of "PCI Certified Plant".
Certification means that Wausau Tile, Inc., Rothschild Wisconsin, has successfully demonstrated the capability to produce quality precast concrete products. Retention of certification depends upon our company maintaining these standards. We will undergo at least two unannounced inspections annually. The standards for evaluation are printed in the PCI Quality Control Manual. MNL-1117 Manual for Quality Control for Plants and Production of Architectural Concrete Products. We are very proud of our accomplishment. The PCI Plant Certification Program is in its 40+ years. The program continues to build Specifier confidence in precast concrete and has established the material as one of choice, built to exacting standards in factory conditions.
