It’s that time of year! Here in the Rochester, NY area we’ve already received several snow storms. Steps can be very dangerous, especially in the winter months. Remember to use a handrail, especially on ice stairs. Businesses are required to have proper hand railing, but sometimes homeowners can slip by without one.
