What is this product?

The heavy duty floor access hatch is designed for internal and external use in hard floor finishes. It is ideal where a heavier loading is required or in circumstances where a thicker floor covering has been used and there is a need for a deeper capacity. It is only available as a stainless steel cover.

The 1050 Series can be used for hard floor finishes including external grade paving slabs.

What level of performance does it give?

Our heavy duty stainless steel floor access hatch is particularly suited to internal and external environments that have a heavy pedestrian traffic and vehicle traffic. Customers who choose the 1050 Series are looking for an access solution that can cope with a demanding location but still look attractive and enhance the public realm.

Where a thicker floor covering is being used, for example granite, a floor access cover with a deeper capacity is required – the 1050 Series has a depth of 4 1/8".
