The Total Door system does not use vertical rods, astragals, coordinators, floor strikes or flush bolts. With its full height, semi-concealed hinge and full height locking channel, the Total Door design provides high abuse resistance, extended life, unparalleled security and reduced maintenance. All hardware is pre-installed at the factory ensuring greater quality and significantly reduced field installation time.

Total Door is widely recognized for the following key features:

  • A design which integrates all door components in a highly reliable system that simplifies installation and maintenance.
  • Complete, factory-assembled systems which eliminate the need to order, coordinate, and site-assemble door components, reducing installation time and potential field problems before they start.
  • Long life. The innovative continuous hinge and locking channels have been tested to more than 5 million cycles.
  • Single source responsibility for installation and maintenance issues. Sales and installation are are supported by factory-trained installers through our nationwide network of distributors.
  • Both steel and wood door solutions are available.
  • A full line of fire ratings is available, from 20 minutes through 3 hours, with positive and negative pressure ratings based on your requirements. Non-rated doors are also available.
  • Installation versatility. Total Door can be custom fit to almost any size opening in 1/16” inrements. In addition, the unique hinge and latch design can work in almost any retro-fit application without worry about existing hinge locations and frame design.
  • Elimination of vertical rods, astragals, coordinators, floor strikes and flush bolts. Optional flush panic devices and concealed closers can take this striking design feature even further.
  • All hardware is Grade 1. Limited lifetime warranty on all locks, panic/exit devices and hanger rods.
  • Many finishes are available in steel, wood veneer, HPL and FRP in a variety of standard or custom colors.
