Tested in accordance with UL10B by Underwriters

Laboratory, Inc. .

Tested per NFPA 105 by Wyle Laboratories.

5. INSTALLATION:

Installation to be performed in strict accordance with

manufacturer's instructions furnished with product.

Carefully cope to fit within the frame opening. Fasten with

flat head wood or machine screws provided and appropriate

anchors as required. Use a sealant or compound at all edges

and joints.

6. WARRANTY:

Guaranteed by manufacturer against defects in material or

workmanship for 3 years.
