Fire Label: Classified By UL For Application To Swinging

Type Fire Doors of the Hollow Metal or Steel

Covered composite type Rated up to 3 Hours, or

Wood Core Fire Doors rated up to 1-1/2 Hours.

Listed and Labeled as Gasketing Materials.

Tested in accordance with UL10B by Underwriters

Laboratory, Inc. .

Smoke Label: Smoke tested by WYLE Laboratories in accordance

with UL 1784-90; meets the requirements of NFPA

105

5. INSTALLATION:

Installation to be performed in strict accordance with

manufacturer's instructions furnished with product.

Note: door must be removed from hinges to inatall. Remove

PemkoPrene seal and cut housing to door width. Fasten to

door bottom with #6 x 5/8" sheet metal screws provided.

Trim PemkoPrene seal to 1/16" longer than housing and reinsert.

6. WARRANTY:

Guaranteed by manufacturer against defects in material or

workmanship for 3 years.
