Honeywell's Excel 10 Fan Coil Unit Controllers provide application flexibility for two pipe, four pipe or staged heat/cool fan coil unit applications � without the costs or headaches of complex wiring. All four of the Excel 10 Fan Coil Unit Controllers allow line voltage power to be direct wired to the controller transformer and fan speed relays. Reliable temperature and fan speed control, combined with the ease of integrating the Excel 10 Zone Manager into the EXCEL 5000®  System, give building managers the comfort and energy savings they expect from their DDC control system.

Excel 10 Fan Coil Unit Controller Highlights

Controller Hardware
The Excel 10 Fan Coil Unit Controllers measure 9-1 /4" long x 4" wide x 2-1 /4" high and are available in four models. The W7752D and F models are equipped with an additional 250 VAC 10A power relay for applications with electric reheat. All models have integral DIN rail mounting connections on the back of controller hardware.

Input/Output Data

  • W7752D and W7752E controllers have 230 VAC transformers
  • W7752F and W7752G have 115 VAC transformers

 
Inputs (Identical on all models)

  • Wall Module input consisting of:
    1 T7770 wall module connection with space temperature sensor, setpoint, fan speed switch, bypass button and bypass LED indicator
  • Digital Input-1
    One of four configurable input options: Window open occupancy sensor, heat/cool changeover, fan status

Outputs

  • 7 total on W7752E and G
  • 8 total on W7752D and F (Models W7752D and F contain a separate relay for electric reheat).

    Output designations

  • 3 Fan speed relay outputs rated at 250 VAC, 3A
  • 2 Heating triac outputs, 24 VAC
  • 2 Cooling triac outputs, 24 VAC

Heat and cool triac output selections: Floating Valve open, Floating Valve close, Pulse Width Modulation heat and/or cool valve, stage 1, stage 2, (Stage 3 is 1 + 2 Binary combination ), Thermal, Electric reheat relay at 250 VAC; 10A on W7752D and F only.

Wall Modules

  • T7770 Wall Module connection is fully compatible with the EXCEL 5000® System.
  • Space temperature setpoint from T7770B, C, E, F.
  • Fan speed witch, Auto/Off/1,2,3 or Auto/Off/On from T7770E, F, G.
  • LED for bypass identification
  • Full network access from sensor for fast field troubleshooting

  • High-performance 78K Baud communication
