Our model 75HC is a 5'-4" x 7'-6" unit, with the entry door sized and located to best meet the law. Note the cashier window, work counter, and all HVAC controls must be located lower to the floor.
Product Specifications for PAR-KUT #75 HC Barrier Free Booth
SPECIFICATIONS: Pre-assembled booth unit shall be Model #75HC, 5'4" x 7'6", as manufactured by Par-Kut International, Inc., Harrison Township, Michigan (586) 468-2947. Unit shall be furnished complete and ready to set in place on the site and shall include the following:
QUALITY: Structure shall be the product of a manufacturer with a minimum of 10 years experience in the design and fabrication of portable steel buildings.
STRUCTURE: Unit shall be all welded galvanized steel construction with 14 gauge steel panels and tubing on the exterior and 18 gauge interior panels and trim. Unit to be shipped completely assembled. Welded joints ground smooth.
BASE AND FLOOR: A.1 - 2" base height (used in conjunction with a curb cut or ramp). Or, B.1 - no floor, perimeter bar base only, floor to be concrete slab by others. When provided by PAR-KUT, floor surface shall be 12 gauge galvanized steel, 4-way diamond plate. Four anchor clips provided to secure building. Anchor bolts and required installation by others.
PAINT: All steel surfaces shall be painted with rust inhibitive epoxy primer. All exposed interior and exterior steel surfaces shall be painted with one finish coat of industrial acrylic epoxy. Choice of single color of paint as selected by owner from manufacturer's standards.
LIGHTING: Shielded fluorescent fixture (68 watts total) mounted over counter. Wall mounted on/off switch located 48" above the floor.
ELECTRICAL: Unit complete with all wiring required for fluorescent light, duplex outlet, heater and 100 amp capacity 12 circuit breaker box. Wiring No.12 (min) copper enclosed in EMT including green ground wire. Wiring meets or exceeds minimum provisions of National Electric Code. All fittings, wiring devices and fixtures UL listed. Ready for site connection by others. Provide three wire 240/120 bolt single phase service.
HEATER: Electric wall heater shall be 120 volt/1500 watt/5120 BTU, including fan and wall mounted thermostat.
OPTIONAL AIR CONDITIONER: Shall be 120 volt/13500 BTU, roof mount, with wall mounted thermostat.
DOOR: Shall be 36" wide swinging steel door with safety glazing, weather-stripping, heavy duty ball bearing butts and lever handle lockset. Door located in 5'4" wall opposite the shelf. (Owner responsible for ramp, if required).
WINDOWS: Shall be aluminum construction with specified glazing, locks and hardware as required. Model #75HC to include one horizontal sliding cashier window 2'10" above grade. Windows in long side opposite the cashier window shall slide up for ventilation and will include insect screens.
GLAZING: Shall be clear tempered safety glass 1/8" minimum thickness.
COUNTER: 14 gauge painted steel, 25" deep, 32" above floor with 16" wide steel storage drawer.
INSULATION: Walls insulated with 2" rigid Fiberglass Board, R10. Roof structure fully insulated R17.4.
ROOF/CANOPY: Shall be 14 gauge galvanized steel, pitched for rainwater run-off. Extension beyond side walls shall be 3". Provide forged steel eyebolt(s) in roof for lifting by crane. Exterior booths include drain pipe. Interior booths to have flat, no overhang roof and removable lift ring when overhead clearance is a problem.
DESIGN LOADS: PAR-KUT booths meet or exceed the following design loads: 50 PSF live load, 30PSF wind load.
