Four Seasons Building Products (“FSBP”) announced the acquisition of Superior Mason Products (“SMP”), a leading manufacturer and distributor of patio and other related building products. The purchase marks the second acquisition this year, extending market share leadership to nearly 50%. FSBP is owned by Latium USA, one of the largest privately held manufacturers of outdoor living improvement products in North America.

Superior Mason has been an industry leader in the U.S. for over 70 years, with manufacturing facilities in Birmingham and branch locations in Raleigh, NC, Kansas City, MO, and Dallas, TX.
