High Density Systems

VERSI-FOAM® is available in a higher density system, with a free rise density of 2.8 pounds per cubic foot, 3 pounds per cubic foot in place. It is 98% closed cell resulting in an R-factor of 7.7 per inch, a low moisture absorption rate and excellent compressive strength. This foam formula is suitable for applications where a stronger, harder material is required, including cryogenics and polyurethane foam roofing repair.

The high density system is available in two sizes. The VERSI-FOAM® System 10 is packaged in one carton, and includes the two chemical components, the patented U-CONTROL dispensing gun attached to two 7-1/2 foot hoses and ten extended mixing nozzles. It weighs 42 pounds. In theoretical coverage, the System 10 will yield 120 square feet at a 1" thickness, or 10 cubic feet.

The VERSI-FOAM® System 33 is packaged in two cartons, each weighing approximately 60 pounds. It includes the two chemical components, the patented U-CONTROL dispensing gun attached to two 15 foot hoses and ten extended mixing nozzles. It will cover approximately 396 square feet at 1" thick or 33 cubic feet.

For uses where a spray application is required, we recommend the purchase of fan spray nozzle attachments which improve the spray pattern for this foam formula. The attachment is not necessary for pour or injection applications.

The VERSI-FOAM® System 10 and System 33 can be shut down and used again on another day, however we strongly recommend that it is used at least once per week.
