Nail-Up Tin Ceiling Panels

Nail-up tin ceiling is a classic tin ceiling panel that overlaps on its 1/4" perimeter nail rail installing direct to a wood substrate. All panels regardless of pattern are 2'x2'. These tin plated steel metal ceilings date back to the 1800's. The tin panels will nail to plywood or furring strips on ceilings using nails. Every pattern is available in any color.

Product Specification
All of our products are manufactured from a T1 grade tin plated steel. This is generally referred to as "bright tinplate". The material thickness is 0.010". Our panels measure 2' x 2', our moldings all come in 4' lengths. All of our finishes are powder coated. Powder coating is an electrostatic process where polyester resin is baked onto the panels at 400 deg. F. Our faux finishes are hand applied over a powder coated base color. All of our products carry an ASTM E 84-03b approval (Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials).

In order to specify our material we would need to know the following:

1) Which pattern? Specify pattern number.

2) Which style? Specify Snap-Lock, Nail-Up or Drop-In.

3) Which color? Specify color.
