TIGER Drylac introduces TIGERTexT, an industry first communication Platform. TIGERText is a Commercial Messaging System that brings an extra level of convenience by allowing customers to reach our Customer Experience or Inside Sales Representative directly via SMS Text Message.
TIGERTexT allows customers to avoid crowded email or voice mail boxes and interact directly with their Representative to check inventory, determine lead times, receive price quotes, place orders, or make technical inquires. Note that TIGERText does not replace any previous forms of communication, such as email or voice – it is an additional service.
