Stain was applied as a custom blended color using a roll and brush application to all vertical concrete panels on all elevations of the building (N,E,S,W and interior corridor) to blend with the approved on-site sample panel. This work included a textured finish to all repairs to blend with the blast finish as provided in the sample panel.

SANDBLASTING AND PREPARATION
The vertical concrete surfaces where prepared using a blast finish to achieve the required finish as provided and approved with the on-site sample panel. This included the removal of previously applied finishes with extra attention being taken on the East elevation. Site coordination was critical in completing the East main entrance area above and around the upper glass canopy.

REPAIR AND CORRECTIVE WORK ON PANELS
Repairs were completed on all elevations on the building (N,E,S,W and interior corridor) using JAHN M-90 Masonry Repair Mortar. All repairs were performed to the quality of the approved test panel on the South elevation wall.

CLEANING
Using a low pressure water wash, the panels were gently cleaned as mentioned above prior to the color application.
